WEDDING BRYDGES DELANTY
On July 17, at St. Matthew's Catholic Church; Judith Arlene Brydges and John Thomas
Delanty were married by Rev. Gerard Bergie.
Attendants for the Bride were Suzanne (Sue) Brydges, sister; as Honour Attendant and
Maureen Delanty (sister of the groom); Kristina Nairn; and Tina Pierik .
Attendants for the groom were Gord. Speksnijder as Best Man; Brian Beaudry; Brian Cochrane and Peter Nairn.
Guests numbering 250 came from Montreal, Ottawa, Kingston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Sarnia, Almonte, Carleton Place, Perth, Couberg, Toronto, Oakville
and surrounding area.
Following the church service the wedding party gathered at the historic Chisholm House by
Lake Ontario (downtown Oakville) for pictures while the guests gathered at the Glen Abby
Golf Club for diner and a reception.
Their honeymoon was in Bermuda, returning to reside in Hyde Park, Toronto.
