John T. worked for the Bank of Montreal; entering the Bank in Almonte in 1954, with subsequent
postings in Renfrew and Lancaster, Ontario; then to the Audit Department in Montreal and Toronto;
back to Montreal in 1963 to Ontario & St. Lawrence Blvd. Br. and Marcil & Sherbrook Br. He then
went to the Montreal Region Data Processing Center (Operations and Systems Dept.), then was
transferred to Systems & Methods Dept.in Vancouver B. C. in 1968. Returning to Montreal in 1971
he again worked in the Audit and Control Drpartment in the Head Office at Place des Arms, and
Human Resources Dept. He was appointed Manager of the Pension Administration Area initially
located in Montreal and later relocated in Toronto. He suffered a stroke in 1992 and retired off
disability in 2000.
Carmel was employed by the Royal Bank of Canada in Sydney, N. S.,Goose Bay, Lab., and
Sherebrook & Victoria, Montreal where she met John.

CARMEL IS THE DAUGHTER OF MICHAEL AND MARGARET CUSACK OF SYDNEY, NOVA SCOTIA.
A wedding dinner was held at the Stage Coach Restaurant on Decarie Blvd. Montreal and
later a reception at the residence of Ron and Marie Peters; after which the newley weds
left for a trip down the Eastern seaboard with stops in New York City and Washington.
Upon their return they settled in their new home in Pierrefonds, Que.
